Rental conditions
ANIMALS PROHIBITED.
LOW SEASON: April, May, June, (possibility of staggering arrivals and departures in off season, and overnight stays)
HIGH SEASON: July, August. Minimum rental one week (7nights) .Days of arrival and departure, for rentals,
are set from Saturday to Saturday and Sunday to Sunday
BOOKING: By mail: we ask you to specify the dates of arrival and departure and to join
a check of deposit corresponding to 30% of the balance of your stay. A reservation fee is to add 12 €.
A lease will be sent to you in 2 ex. of which 1 to return signed.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE optional: 45 €, in case of cancellation the amount of the deposit will be fully refunded.
BENEFITS INCLUDED: access to the swimming pools of the campsite, to the playground for children from 2 to 8 years old, a washing machine is available to the cottages, barbecues common.
PAID BENEFITS: rental of sheets pack for 2 pers = 25 €, sheets + towels, for 1 pers = 15 €
MANDATORY TAXES: cleaning fee of € 35 for oleander, and € 50 for all other chalets.

CONDITIONS OF STAY: Time of arrival: the keys of your chalet will be given to you from 16 hours.
Departure time: your chalet must be vacated by 10 am A deposit of 250 € for types A and B, 300 € for types C, D and E and 500 € for types F and G – must be paid on arrival and will be returned the day of departure, if the inventory is correct, any damage will be repaired and the amount will be retained on the deposit. The kitchen area should be left clean. No discount will be given in case of late arrival or early departure. Animals are not allowed.
TARIFF: Our price includes:
-The water, electricity, gas, air conditioning, blankets, pillows and pillowcases, rugs and covers beds and dishes are provided, access to the swimming pool of the campsite and the playground ( beach volley, pingpong)
The management is released from any responsibility in case of theft.
On site, grocery store, restaurant-pizzeria.
All our chalets are air-conditioned
Mandatory taxes:
Tourist tax: 0.40 € / P / Night (adult and child from 2 years)
Cleaning fee: € 35 for the stay for the oleander, and € 50 for all the other chalets.
Booking fees: 12 € for the reservation.
Optional: rental pack sheets + towels:
25 € for 2p, 15 € for 1p.
